The exterior of the Laurello really is a work of art. This ranch-style home has a combination of board and batten siding, vinyl siding, and stonework. All of these are accentuated by the wood beams and pillars on the front porch along with the matching double front door.

The Laurello also comes standard with a three-car garage and I have to say, I love the three separate garage bays that are on this home along with the style of the doors.  t really elevates the look of the home and gives it great curb appeal.

Moving around the back of the home, there is a back porch that is very similar to the front. It has the same beautiful brown pillars and beams that are used in the front. Another thing to note about the back of the house is the number of windows. There are so many windows along with the sliding glass door for the back porch that provides tons of natural light for the home.

As you enter the Laurello, you are greeted with a nice little entry area that opens up to a huge open floor plan. The entryway itself has tray ceilings with wood paneling at the top and a huge chandelier. Another great addition to the room is the wainscoting on the lower half of the walls lining the room.

Moving through the home, to the left of the entryway is a flex room.  The room is a pretty decent size and can be used for just about anything. It would make a really great office/study. 

In this model, along the back wall is an optional built-in bookshelf that has drawers and cabinets at the bottom and has shelving that goes all the way up to the ceiling. This room also has a beautiful lighting fixture and tray ceilings. Through the flex room, you head into the kitchen and great room, but not before passing through a set of huge barn doors.

Second & Third Bedrooms

Following the tour of the home, and saving the best rooms for last.  We are going to head to the right of the office and check out the second and third bedrooms as well as a full bath that is all down a separate hallway.  Both bedrooms are a really great size and have nice size closets, but what really stands out in these rooms are the windows. There are giant windows in the rooms that let in so much natural light. Blackout curtains will definitely be a must for those lazy Sunday mornings.

Between the two bedrooms, you will find a linen closet and a full bathroom.  As you enter the bathroom, there is a single vanity that has plenty of counter and storage space.  The really nice thing about this bathroom is the pocket door that separates the vanity from the toilet and shower.  This will save many sibling bathroom arguments about bathroom time.

Great Room

The great room really is the focal point and heart of this home. From the 12 ft ceilings with giant rustic ceiling beams to the gorgeous stone fireplace equipped with an oversized mantle constructed with the same beams as the ceiling, this room really makes the home feel warm and inviting.

The great room is also where you access the back patio. There is a double sliding glass door that leads outside that has full floor-to-ceiling windows on either side of it.

Kitchen

Just behind the great room is the kitchen. There is a really nice (and huge) island as you enter the kitchen area.  It has plenty of room for seating on one side and on the other, there is a beautiful undermount farmhouse sink along with tons of cabinet and drawer space.  The island is also equipped with a stainless steel double dishwasher.

Moving around the island, there is a small cabinet area that could be used as a coffee station, a wet bar, or just additional counter and cabinet space.  To the right of that, you come to the enormous butler’s pantry.

This pantry has more shelving than you could imagine (luckily you don’t have to imagine it though because it’s in the video tour!).  The pantry also has a small sink, microwave, and a second dishwasher below a full set of cabinets lining the top half of the wall.

Heading back out into the kitchen, across from the island are the main appliances. Here you will find a microwave, wall oven, stove with another oven and a pot filler, a gorgeous range hood, and of course the refrigerator. In between all of the appliances are beautiful wood cabinets that go all the way up to the ceiling.

Morning Room

The morning room is to the left of the kitchen and the great room. It is lined with tall crank-out windows on two sides of the room.

On the back wall, there is additional counter and cabinet space with floating shelves on the wall.

Master Suite

When entering the master suite, the first thing that you notice is the double tray ceiling and the amazing chandelier hanging from the middle. Just like the other rooms in the home, there are tall windows that make for amazing lighting and views.

Through the bedroom are the master bathroom and closets.  There is a beautiful walk-in shower with dual shower heads and benches on either side and tiling that goes all the way up to the ceiling.

Opposite the shower is a double vanity with lots of counter and cabinet space. The two sinks on the vanity are separated by a center countertop cabinet that goes to the ceiling. The toilet is hidden across from the vanity by a half wall for privacy.

The closet is also through the bathroom and is a huge area.  It is lined with wood shelves and has a really nice set of built-ins as well.  Off the closet is the utility room with washer and dryer hookups, cabinets, as well as a wash basin.

Garage Access & Basement

Just past the utility room, access the garage and a wonderfully handy built-in wall tree with cubbies and shelves.  Across from the wall tree are the stairs leading down to the basement.  In the model, the basement is unfinished but does span the length of the home, which means it is quite large.
