It has beautiful built-in cabinets that span from one end of the room to the other. Plenty of storage space for all your outdoor gear. On the opposite side of the mud room is the utility closet which houses both the washer and dryer. All the way at the end of the mud room, you will find access out into this homes 2 car garage.

Secondary Bedroom and Bath

Past the mudroom is the first secondary bedroom with a full bathroom across the hall. The bedroom sits on the side of the house and has plenty of room for a king or queen size bed. Which makes sense considering it is approximately 13ft 0in X 12ft 0in.  At the back of the room is a nice walk-in closet with a wood shelf and hanging dowel.

The bathroom features a single pedestal vanity, the toilet and a shower and tub combo. It is a cute bathroom that is conveniently located near the first bedroom but far enough away form the kitchen to not be weird.

The Master Bedroom in the Telluride model by Colorado Modular Homes is a truly beautiful and unique space. The bedroom has plenty of space measuring in at approximately 15ft 0in X 13ft 0in. This is plenty of room for a  large, comfortable bed and a dresser.

The floor is carpeted and there is a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. The master bedroom is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking in the mountains.

With in the master bedroom, you will also find a gorgeous en-suite. This bathroom features a double vanity and incredible shower with a tile surround. It also houses a large walk in closet, as well as, a large walk in closet with plenty of room for all season clothes.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs, as you enter onto the second floor, is a great big loft area. This loft overlooks both the living room and dining room and has impeccable vies out of the front windows.

Down the hall you will find the third full bathroom and two more bedrooms. The first of the two bedrooms sits on the left and is the bigger of the two. It measures in at approximately 14ft 0in X 12ft 0in and has a 2 closets that connect for a massive all season closet.

The second bedroom is long and skinny. It measures in at 9ft 5in X 15ft 5in and has a large window at the back of the room. The closet in this room is much deeper that the last but not nearly also long.
