Inside This Deer Valley Double Wide
The “Shiloh” is a beautiful, well-crafted home with two separate entryways that offer you the chance to enter from either direction. I’ve filmed two tours in this model so far and have been able to use each approach for my main entrance! The view awaits whoever comes through those doors – take your pick which one will lead you into an amazing place.
The Utility Room
This open space comes with the standard washer and dryer hook-ups and the utility room is where you will find the home’s water heater, furnace, and electric panel. Countertops, cabinets, and shelving line one side of the room, allowing for plenty of storage space for cleaning products and washing powder.

If you prefer to hand wash more delicate clothing or your favorite pair of sneakers, the room comes with its own sink. There is even an alcove, the perfect spot for a large freezer.
Kitchen/ Dining Area
Deer Valley Homes have really applied themselves to deliver an interior that is modern and maintains that nostalgia and comfort of a classic home.
Upon entering the front, you come straight into the kitchen/dining area. This lengthy rustic room has rustic wood-paneled flooring helps to highlight the room’s fantastic color scheme. The two-tone cabinetry with its striking blue and white color scheme lends a vibrancy to the room. They provide the room with some much-needed color as well as plenty of space to house your kitchen appliances and your growing herb and spice collection.
How to Design Your Home to Stimulate Ideas and Spark Innovation
The kitchen comes with all the usual amenities, including a gas stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. There is a deep sink to wash dishes if you are a bit of a technophobe. There is a pair of wonderfully designed slide-open windows that allows for natural light and a great view while standing at the sink.
The Living Room
Through the kitchen, you find the main living area. This space is adorned with a large fireplace with wood paneling that runs floor to ceiling, matching nicely with the wood flooring.
Just opposite is the lovely communal area, which is decked out in two matching sofas, an armchair, and an excellent coffee table. The spot is ideal for a chill game night or sitting and watching a movie.
The room has plenty of open space for a new homeowner to come and add some nice touches like a TV or a stylish fur rug next to the fireplace.
