Destiny Manufactured Homes Best Floor Plan I Have Ever Seen!
Here is Destiny Manufactured Homes model, “E804-350”. This cozy double-wide is on display at HomeMax Homes in Lexington, SC. Since touring this home, it seems the manufacturer has rebranded their line and this is now part of their “Timberline Elite” Series. The model number has also changed and is now TE3276N.
This was definitely a first for me. I have never toured any mobile homes by this manufacturer, and I have to say, I love this floor plan! If you also like this floor plan and want to buy it, Destiny Homes can be found in several states in the Southeast including AL, FL, GA, and SC.

Destiny Manufactured Homes Exterior
The outside of this manufactured home features vinyl siding, a mess of windows all the way around it, and beautiful black shutters. The front entrance has a glass storm door and a lovely white wood door with an oval glass insert. On the back side of this home, you also have a door that will lead you into the utility room.
Destiny Manufactured Homes Interior
As you first enter the home from the front door, you are greeted by the main living room. It has a massive built-in entertainment center and good, albeit, somewhat obstructed views down the home into the kitchen and den.
To the left of the living room, as you enter, is the dining room. Let me say, I am so happy to see a home that is not one gigantic common room! Yes, while the dining room is open to the main living room, it has walls dividing it from both the kitchen and the den. Nice, right?! The ceiling has, what we keep wanting to refer to as a “reverse tray ceiling”. That’s probably overcomplicating it and it is just a tray ceiling. Either way, it is a stunning addition to this room.
To the right of the dining room, through a 45-degree angled doorway, is the utility room. It is huge! It has spots for a washer, dryer, and a freezer. Which I know a lot of people have on their “must include” list. On the opposite wall, there is an “L” shaped counter with a really deep wash basin and plenty of cabinets above. You will also find a cleaning closet and water heater here as well.
The Kitchen and Den
Back out of the utility room and through the dining room, you will enter the kitchen! And my, oh my what a kitchen it is! In the center, you will find an island. It has a raised bar on one side with enough room for about 4 barstools and on the opposite side, you have a stainless sink and the dishwasher.
Surrounding the island and starting from the front wall of the home, closest to the dining room, is a very large “L” shaped countertop. As it works its way to the back wall it is broken up by a cushioned bench just under a window before continuing on.
The bench is perfect for those that love to cook and socialize at the same time! You will never be lonely here! The back side of the kitchen counter is where you will find your stove and a gorgeous stone range hood surround.
Moving into the den, not that we want to leave the kitchen but we must, you will find a cozy space with a gas fireplace. I mean could you imagine? Hanging out with your favorite people cooking up some amazing grub and being able to catch the warm vibes of the fireplace at the same time! Sounds like a dream. Oh and did I mention the fireplace has a real stone surround and mantel? Okay. Moving on.
The Master Suite
I have never been in any of the Destiny Manufactured Homes, but stepping inside of the master bedroom and en-suite, I am sure they are definitely on to something. The master bedroom is a massive open room measuring in at 17’1″x14’2″. It has plenty of room for a king-size bed, dressers, and a sitting area.
Off of the bedroom, separated by double French doors, you enter a stunning en-suite. On either side when you first enter, there are matching cabinets and single vanities. At the back is a gorgeous garden tub with a stone face and stairs that lead up into it.
Sitting right next to it is a stand-alone walk-in shower with a tile surround and a bench. The master closet is in the bathroom as well, all the way to the back, which seems to be more and more commonplace in these more modern manufactured homes.
Guest Bedrooms and Bathroom
On the way, the opposite end of the home, back through the main living room, lie 3 guest bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom is 10’4″x10’7″. This room sits on the back half of the home with a window looking out the back. Across the hall is the second bedroom which is approximately 9’11″x14’2″. A little more of an elongated room from the first, this room is still a great size and sits nicely on the front side of the home.
Then you have the full bathroom and finally the last bedroom, which is the smallest at 9’5″x14’2″. But this room has the largest closet of the three rooms so definitely makes up for it.
Final Thoughts on this Home
Destiny Manufactured Homes model, “E804-350” certainly is an impressive double wide! I love it when we get the opportunity to tour new homes by manufacturers that we have come across in any of our other tours. The highlights of this home for me would be the kitchen and the master en-suite, but let me know what you think about them.
Thank you so much for stopping by to tour this home with us! We hope you have a fantastic day and we’ll see your beautiful face in the next one!
