I toured the “Beringer II” by Diyanni Homes while on a recent trip to Ohio. Diyanni Homes has served Ohio and parts of Kentucky since 1979 with beautifully crafted custom homes. The company is family-owned and family-operated and has assisted thousands of families with their new homes.

The “Beringer II” boasts a charming modern farmhouse exterior complete with white board-and-batten siding. Rustic wooden exposed trusses break up the white siding and add additional farmhouse charm. Black-framed windows beautifully contrast the otherwise all-white exterior.

 

 

A polished gable with an exposed truss leads to a spacious covered front porch. The covered front porch wraps around the left side of the home. On the right side of the home, a three-car garage awaits. Access the garage space through one of two carriage-style garage doors. One of the doors is double-wide while the other is a single door.

The rear of the home showcases a true outdoor oasis. The covered back patio is just the beginning of the surprises in store. There is also a pool and a spacious cabana.

Immediately upon entering the residence, the “Berringer II” just feels like home. Just beyond two powder blue doors, a spacious foyer offers clean lines into the main living areas of the home.

Gourmet Kitchen

 

The living room seamlessly flows into the gourmet kitchen. The gourmet kitchen boasts an expansive island, an apron sink, a custom range hood, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Gold accents extend through the kitchen area.

The polished island includes an overhang with enough space to comfortably fit five barstools. On the far side of the island, you’ll find an apron sink and a panelized dishwasher.

 

 

On the back wall, double ovens make cooking for a large family a breeze. Next to the double ovens, a custom range hood presides over a six-burner range. Open shelves flank either side of the range hood and extend a rustic flair. Herringbone tile decorates the back wall, while a pot filler adds practical luxury.

Through a rustic door off the kitchen access a spacious butler’s pantry. The butler’s pantry includes a microwave, two additional dishwashers, a sink, and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

 

Owner’s Entry

 

A hallway off the gourmet kitchen leads to an owner’s entry and access to the three-car garage. The owner’s entry includes a convenient built-in dropzone.

 

Dining Area

 

On the opposite side of the kitchen, a sun-soaked dining area awaits. The dining area boasts exposed beams, a dry bar, and a door to access the covered back patio.

 

 

The dry bar area includes glass-paned cabinets and two mini-fridges.

 

Entry-Level Primary Suite

 

The entry-level primary suite resides just off the living area. The expansive primary suite features hardwood floors, a double-tray ceiling, and a full wall of picture-frame windows.

 

 

A custom, sliding barn door leads from the bedroom to the en-suite bathroom.

 

Primary En-Suite Bathroom

 

The primary en-suite bathroom is luxury at its finest! The bathroom boasts an oversized double vanity, a soaking tub, heated floors, and a tile-surround curbless shower. A water closet rests on the far side of the double vanity. The shower includes a built-in bench, a rainfall shower head, and two additional shower heads.

 

 

Walk through the en-suite bathroom to reach the impressive walk-in closet. A pocket door separates the en-suite bathroom from the closet space. The closet includes custom built-ins, cubbies, and plenty of hanging storage space.

An adjacent door between the en-suite bathroom and closet leads back to the entry-level laundry room.

 

Additional Bedrooms

 

The upper level of the home includes three additional bedrooms. All of the bedrooms feature carpet flooring and their own en-suite bathrooms.

The first bedroom measures 12’6”x15’0” and sits toward the front of the house. The en-suite bathroom boasts a single vanity, honeycomb tile flooring, and a tubbed shower.

 

 

As with the first bedroom, the second and third bedrooms also include carpet flooring and an en-suite bathroom with a tubbed shower.

 

Finished Basement

 

The “Beringer II” floor plan includes the option for a finished basement. Fasten your seatbelts, because this finished basement is sprawling! When you first enter the finished basement, you’re greeted with an expansive bonus space. As you venture further, you see the open-concept bonus space includes a game room, movie theater, and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, oven, dishwasher, and access to a wine cellar.
