The white brick facade tied with the arched features showcases a flawless French country house exterior. As you continue around the exterior, the rear of the home includes a spacious covered back patio.

Modern and Luxurious Interior

The interior of the “272” model by Highland Homes is truly like nothing we’ve experienced before. Immediately upon entering the home, there is no doubt the interior is just as stunning as the exterior.

A grand foyer resides behind custom front doors and greets residents and guests alike with an air of luxury. Stunning hardwood plank floors continue throughout the home.

At-Home Office

A set of glass-paned double doors to one side of the front entryway leads to an at-home office. The spacious office boasts a darker-toned ambiance.

The darker walls contrast beautifully with the light hardwood floors and a full built-in hardwood bookshelf covering the back wall. Two oversized arched windows cast ample natural light into the space.

Powder Room

On the opposite side of the entryway, there is a convenient powder room, a coat closet, and an in-law suite.

Powder bath

The powder room features a pedestal sink, dark-painted walls, polished tile flooring, and another arched window.

In-Law Suite

Just steps from the powder room, access the in-law suite at the very end of the hallway. The in-law suite transitions to carpet flooring and continues the same theme of contrasting light and dark elements.

In-law suite

While the majority of the wall is painted white, a black stripe decorates the walls and adds contrast. The room also includes an oversized walk-in closet and access to an en-suite bathroom.

The en-suite bathroom boasts a single vanity, a black tile-surround walk-in shower, and a honeycomb tile shower tray.

Laundry Room

Venture back to the home’s front entryway, a set of stairs to the right lead down to access the three-car garage. Prior to reaching the garage, access the entry-level laundry room.

Laundry room

The laundry room includes intricate tile flooring, washer and dryer hookups, and a wash basin with built-in counter space and cabinets.

Media Room

Across from the stairs, a sliding barn door adds a rustic touch and leads into a media room.

Flex media room

Grab your popcorn because the media room is just calling for an at-home family movie night.

Gourmet Kitchen

Off the media room, the home finally opens up with access to the stunning gourmet kitchen. An arched doorway leads into the kitchen, living room, and dining area.

The gourmet kitchen has everything an at-home chef could need. When you first walk into the space, you see a full wall to your left adorned with a dry bar. The dry bar includes natural wooden cabinets, a built-in wine rack, and glass-paned upper cabinets.

Gourmet kitchen

From the dry bar, the space opens up to include a huge island and an overall robust gourmet kitchen. The island boasts a single stainless apron sink, a dishwasher, and enough space for four bar stools. Three pendant lights hang over the island and add a modern flair.

Across from the island, a polished stainless steel range hood resides above the gas range and second oven. A marble tile backsplash ties the space together with a luxurious finish. The first oven and a built-in microwave reside on the adjacent wall.

Finally, the back corner of the kitchen leads to a pantry with built-in wooden shelves.

Dining Area

The dining area sits between the gourmet kitchen and the covered back patio.

Open-concept dining area

The open-concept dining area includes a decorative cutout, a modern light fixture, and hardwood flooring.

Living Room

The open-concept theme continues into the living room. A beautiful black brick-surround fireplace rests in the corner. The living room as a whole boasts hardwood floors.

Meanwhile, a sliding glass door leads out to the covered back patio. The patio includes a gas fireplace and automated screens that easily convert the outdoor space into a screened-in back patio. There is an additional door to access the covered back patio off the primary suite.

Back inside, a door off the back corner of the living room leads to the primary suite.

Primary Suite

As mentioned, the primary suite resides off the living room and sits toward the back of the home. The stunning primary bedroom features hardwood floors, a dark board-and-batten accent wall, and even a small, sun-soaked sitting area.

A sliding barn door separates the bedroom from the en-suite bathroom.

Primary En-Suite Bathroom

Venture through the sliding barn door to access the spacious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a stand-alone make-up vanity and two separate floating vanities. A soaking tub sits in between the two floating vanities. Just above the soaking tub, a large picture frame window floods the bathroom with natural light.

Across from the soaking tub is a unique shower that’s unlike anything we’ve seen before. The shower is long and skinny and includes a polished tile surround. A door across from the shower leads to the water closet.

Walk through the bathroom to access the massive walk-in closet. The closet includes built-in hanging racks and hardwood floors.

Additional Bedrooms

The “272” floor plan boasts two additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms reside down a hallway off the dining area.

The first bedroom includes dark carpet flooring and an eye-catching black stripe design along the walls. A door off the bedroom leads to a smaller walk-in closet.

Four bedroom home additional bedroom

A shared hall bathroom sits between the first and second bedrooms. The bathroom includes a geometric tile floor, a single vanity, and a subway tile-surround tubbed shower.

At the end of the hall is the final bedroom. Unlike the first bedroom, this bedroom does include its own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a single vanity with plenty of counter space and a black tile-surround tubbed shower.
