Coming into this single-wide mobile home was a truly pleasant surprise. The living room is really a great space with lots of room. There are so many windows in the room and it really opens up the space and allows for plenty of natural light to shine in.

What really catches your eye when coming into the home, are the built-in shelves on either side of the archway leading to the kitchen.  Oh, and the actual archway itself.  Both the built-ins and the archway are beautiful on their own, but together they are stunning.

There is also very nice crown molding going around the room at the base of the floor and ceiling.  Crown molding is incredibly amazing at transforming a room and taking it to the next level. It’s not very often seen in single wides and definitely shows the pride Karsten Homes put into their models.

The Kitchen

From the living room, you walk through the archway and into a gigantic wrap-around kitchen. It certainly tops the list of largest kitchens I’ve seen in a single-wide! At least any I have toured. This kitchen has the most cabinets I have ever seen in a single-wide mobile home also!  It might even have more than most doublewides.

Needless to say, there is definitely no lack of storage space in this kitchen. Do you know the best thing about an abundance of cabinets? It means there is also an abundance of counter space!

You can never have too much counter space in a kitchen. The layout of the kitchen is really nice. You get the storage without sacrificing the space. Karsten Homes did a really great job in here with making use of the space that they had and making this layout very efficient. Okay, a little sidetracked with the cabinets… When you first walk through the arches, there is a nice spot for a dining table.

In the middle of the kitchen on the front wall of the home is the sink. It has a nice window sitting above it offering views out the front of the home. Next to that, you will find the stove with a built-in microwave just above and all the way on the opposite side of the kitchen is the refrigerator.

Following through the kitchen, there is a utility/mud room. There you will find hookups for the washer and dryer as well as access to the back door.

Master Suite

Next to the utility room, you will find the master bedroom.  It is a good size room and again, has plenty of natural light to brighten up the room.  One thing that was really great was the flooring.

A lot of times it is broken up and there is carpet in the bedrooms and then a different flooring in the bathroom.  This home has beautiful vinyl flooring running all throughout the home.

The very first thing you see when entering the master bathroom is the giant garden tub. It definitely shouts relaxation as soon as you see it!  There is also a good size stand-up shower with sliding doors and a single vanity.  Through the bathroom, you will find the master closet.  It is also a really nice size and has plenty of hanging space for clothes.

Second Bedroom & Guest Bathroom

After finishing admiring the master bedroom and bathroom, head back out through the kitchen and to the other side of the home.  There, you will find the second bedroom and guest bathroom.

The guest bath has a shower/bath combo and in line with the rest of the home, lots of cabinet storage.  There is a single vanity with cabinets underneath as well as floor-to-ceiling linen cabinets that can be used for linens along with other bathroom necessities.
