The HiFAB manufacturing plant is located in Grand Prairie, Texas. This location was selected due to its accessibility, beautiful topography, transportation logistics, and environmentally-conscious community. The seven-acre HiFAB manufacturing plant broke ground in Grand Prairie in October 2022.
HiFab’s “Haciendas” boasts two mindful, modern, and modular home sizes: the Studio and the Standard. The Studio offers two beds and two baths while the Standard is three-bed, two-bath. The Standard floor plan starts at $375,000 and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Just as with the Studio floor plan, the Standard option also provides three options: C Plan, L Plan, and Z Plan.

Each floor plan is approximately 1,875 square feet and includes an entry to an outdoor courtyard space. The courtyard is accessed through one-lite clear glass French doors that flood the home with natural light.

Living Room

The primary bathroom boasts a bright double vanity and a curbless shower. The tile-surround, curbless shower encompasses the entire back wall of the bathroom. There is room for a soaking tub adjacent to the shower in the Standard floor plan.

Access the main walk-in closet just off the bathroom in the Studio floor plans or by an adjoining hallway in the Standard floor plans.
Additional Bedrooms
Depending on which model you select, there are two to three total bedrooms. The secondary bedroom is similar to the primary and includes closet space and access to a hall bathroom. The final bedroom in the Standard model is slightly smaller and makes an ideal at-home office, nursery, or sitting room.
Hall Bathroom
A full hall bathroom is featured in both the Studio and Standard floor plans. A tubbed shower and single vanity fit comfortably. In all models, the bathroom is located just beyond the main living rooms to allow guests to easily access it. The bathroom is also shared by the additional bedroom/bedrooms.
