Exterior Of This Modular Home
The outside of this modular home is enveloped in a cute brown vinyl siding and accented by a beautiful tan window trim. On the front side of the home, you will find a cute double gable sitting just above the front entryway.
There is also a nice little bump out protruding off the living room that give the front exterior some extra character. Also, on the front of the home there are several windows looking out of both secondary bedrooms the living room end of the master bathroom.
As you work your way around to the back of the home you will find even more windows coming out of the master bedroom, as well as, the kitchen and dining room. Just off the dining room you will find a sliding glass door that could lead out onto a future back deck or patio.
Then all the way on the left-hand side of the home, you will find a door that could lead out into a future garage from the utility room.Â
Interior Design Of This Modular Home
Stepping inside this cute little modular home, you immediately enter the living room, which offers views back into the dining room area.
Living Room
The living room is quite spacious and has plenty of room for several different furniture arrangements.
It has two large windows sitting in the bump out looking out into the front yard that helps provide tons of natural light into the room also.
Dining Room
From the living room you easily transition into the dining room as well as the kitchen. The dining room has plenty of space for a large dining room table and has a cute light fixture hanging down over the middle of the room.
To the right of the dining room table is a partition wall that does separate the dining room from the stairwell down into the basement. I like this open type of stairwell just because it adds a little bit of extra character as well as space to an otherwise smaller modular home.
Behind the dining room is a sliding glass door that could lead out onto a back living area.
The Simple Kitchen Design
To the left of the dining room is a cute and simple kitchen design that I absolutely love. Along the back wall looking out into the backyard, you will find and L-shaped kitchen counter with the sink sitting just below the window. There are plenty of cabinets in here, both uppers and lowers. You will certainly not be short on storage space.
To the far left of the kitchen you have your stove with a built-in microwave sitting just above it.
Then sitting right in the middle of the kitchen, is of course, a cute little island with cabinets on one side and an overhang on the other. A perfect place to put a couple stools if you wanted to.Â
Secondary Bedrooms and Bathroom
Through the kitchen you will come to the two secondary bedrooms and the first full bathroom. The two bedrooms sit on the front side of the home with windows peering out into the front yard.
They are both the exact same size, measuring in at approximately 11ft 8in X 14ft 0in. They have plenty of space for nice sized beds along with some dressers and some nightstands. Within the bedrooms there or also some nice size closets.Â
Across the hallway from the two bedrooms, you will find the first full bathroom. This bathroom features a single vanity, a toilet, and a shower and tub combo.Â
Laundry Room
Passing the two secondary bedrooms and bathroom, all the way at the end of the hallway, you will come to the utility room. Within the utility room you do have the side door that would lead out into the future garage. Here, you will also find the washer and dryer hookups.
Above your washer and dryer hookups there are several cabinets, perfect for storing all your laundry essentials.Â
Master Bedroom
Back across the home sitting on the backside of the dining room you will come to the master bedroom. The master bedroom measures in at approximately 14ft 0in X 13ft 0in. The master bedroom also has plenty of space for a large king size bed, a couple of nightstands and a dresser.
It also has a large window looking out into the backside of the home that lets in plenty of natural light.Â
Master Bathroom
Within the master bedroom you will find the entrance into the ensuite. The ensuite sits up towards the front of the home and features a large double vanity, a toilet and a standalone shower.
This ensuite also houses the master closet. The closet is a nice walk-in with plenty of room for all your clothes. It also has some extra storage via the attic access panel within the closet.
Final Thoughts
This small modular home has a super cute design. I appreciate the simple kitchen design and open stairwell into the basement. I think the exterior of the home is quite charming and the bump-out and gable really adds to that.
