The Exterior Of This Wisconsin Modular Home

When it comes to modular homes, Wisconsin certainly knows how to do it up. The outside of this spectacular modular home is wrapped in a beautiful mossy green LP smart siding, with incredible maroon trim going around the windows and the pillars on the front porch.

To the right-hand side of the home is a great big bump out where the two-car garage would sit.

As you move around to the back of this gorgeous modular home, you will encounter a large back porch. The porch is divided up into two sections. One side is open, with plenty of room for a grill, as well as, several seating areas. Then the other section is screened in, making it a perfect place to still enjoy the outdoors while escaping all the annoying evening bugs.

Inside One Of The Finest Modular Homes In Wisconsin

As you step inside of the “Tyler” you are immediately greeted with a nice foyer. Opposite the front entryway, within the foyer, there is a nice coat closet before walking through an opened archway into the living room.

The Living Room

The living room sits up towards the front of the home with perfect views into both the dining room and the kitchen. Additionally, there are two large windows looking out onto the front porch that provide plenty of natural light into the space.

The living room has plenty of opportunities for several different furniture arrangements too. It is a super cozy space that I could easily picture spending plenty of time hanging out in and just enjoying the family. However, there is also plenty of room to entertain guests also.

The Dining Room

From the living room you move into the dining room. The dining room has plenty of space for a large dining room table and is accented by a beautiful light fixture hanging down in the middle. Along the back wall, there are several outlets making it easy to add some cabinetry and further decorate the space.

Behind the dining room table is a large sliding glass door that leads out onto the screened in back porch. This porch is easily accessible from both the dining room, as well as, the kitchen. So no matter where you wanted to either cook or eat you could easily move from one place to the other.

The Kitchen

Next to the dining room is a beautiful kitchen. In the middle of the kitchen is an extremely cute L-shaped island. On the kitchen side, it has several cabinets and drawers. On the opposite side of the island, the counter has a nice overhang, perfect for several stools.

The kitchen itself is adorned with a heap of beautiful wood cabinets and a nice corner pantry. To the left of the pantry, looking out the back window, is your stainless sink which is situated just next to the refrigerator. On the right-hand side of the pantry, you will find the beautiful stove along with a built-in microwave sitting just above it.

The Laundry Room

Sitting in between the kitchen and the living room space, there is a hallway that leads down to both the laundry room and the secondary bedrooms and bathroom.

However just before you go down the hallway, there is a set of stairs that would lead down into the basement. The stairwell sits just off the living room and is separated by a beautiful partition wall, with an open window looking into the living room.

Just passed the stairwell, on the right-hand side of the hallway, you will come to the utility room.

The utility room does of course feature the washer and dryer hookups with some cabinets sitting up above them, however, it also has so much more.

At the back of this utility room, you will find a door leading out into your garage and just passed that is where things get interesting. There’s not only an L-shaped built in desk with plenty space for chairs but also a nice drop zone area to kick off the shoes and hang your coat.

The Secondary Bedrooms and Bath

Back out into the hallway, and on the opposite side from the utility room, you will come to the first full bathroom. This bathroom features a large single vanity with plenty of counter space along with a toilet, and a shower and tub combo.

At the end of the hall, you will come to the two secondary bedrooms.

The bedroom on the left-hand side, sitting towards the back of the home, is the larger of the two bedrooms measuring in at approximately 10ft 0in X 11ft 0in. It has a large window looking out into the backyard and has plenty of room for a nice sized bed and a dresser.

The second bedroom sits on the right-hand side of the hallway, towards the front of the home and has a window looking out into the side yard. This room is slightly smaller than the first measuring in an approximately 10ft 0in X 10ft 0in, however still has enough room for a nice sized bed and a dresser in here.

The Master Bedroom

On the opposite end of the home, just passed the dining room, you will enter the master bedroom. This bedroom has a lot of space measuring in at approximately 13ft 0in X 14ft 0in with plenty of room for a large king size bed, a couple nightstands and dressers.

It has a large window looking out the side of the home that provides tremendous amounts of natural light into the space as well. To the left of the master bedroom, you will find two doorways. The first doorway leads into the large walk-in closet which has plenty of room to store heap tons of clothes.

The Master Bathroom

The second door leads into the beautiful master bathroom. The bathroom features a gigantic double vanity, as well as, a linen closet on the front side of the en-suite.

Then through a pocket door at the back of the en-suite, you will come to the large walk-in shower and the toilet.

Final Thoughts

The “Tyler” is the cutest of the modular homes Wisconsin revealed to me as I toured around the state! It’s cozy, rust, and down right homey! I would probably update a few finishes and fixtures to give the home a slightly modern modern touch.

But I definitely don’t want to take away from the warmth this home has! Terrace Homes had a ton of modular homes! If you liked this model also check out this one by Terrace Homes! Terrace Homes EXQUISITE Modular Log Cabin
