The double wide manufactured home featured in this tour is the “Double Offset” as shown by Pratt Homes and is by Sunshine Homes. This model as toured has a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and a1856 sqft layout, with an awesome kitchen and a master bathroom unlike anything I have ever seen!

When you enter this home you will notice the open concept floor plan that starts in the living room. Now this is a typical double wide manufactured home design, but they did add a couple really nice additions. The living room is nice and spacious with a large spot for an entertainment center up against a rustic white shiplap accent wall,

The kitchen and dining area ( cant really call it a dining room as it is just an open space, right?) are great size, and I really appreciated the look of the dining table. I know that doesn’t come with the home, but the fact it looked like a tree stump. The cabinets in the kitchen are plentiful and above the stove has its own personal entertainment center that would fit another tv.

On the dining area side of this manufactured home, there are the 2 smaller bedrooms. Not they are actually small, they are a really nice size, they are just smaller than the master bedroom….. obviously. Then, on the opposite end of the house, lies the master bedroom and en-suite. The master bedroom is a gracious size but the real magic happens when you enter the bathroom. This is one of the nicest double wide manufactured home bathrooms I have ever seen. It features a gorgeous soaking tub, a stand alone shower with a textured surround and plenty of room for you and your significant other to stay out of each other’s way.

All in all, this was a really nice Double Wide Manufactured Home, but for me, that bathroom was the cherry on top!
