Exterior

The outside of this stunning North Carolina Modular Home explodes with curb appeal! The front of the home has 3 large gables and one small dormer above the living room. There is also a very nice covered porch sitting just of the entryway into the home. I also love the soft green vinyl siding and white accents that wrap this home.

Amazing North Carolina Modular Home

Moving around to the back of the home you will find a ton of windows! There are several coming out of the master bedroom, kitchen, and dining room. The three larger windows back here are peering into a massive formal living room.

Modular Home Interior

When you first walk into this home, you are immediately greeted with a proper foyer. It is very beautiful and a feature that is somewhat rare to see in a modular home. Straight in from the front door is a coat closet and to the left of that are the stairs to the second floor.

On either side of the foyer are doorways. To the left leads to the bedrooms and to the right leads to the living room.

The living room has more of a formal feel to it. It is a large space that allows for plenty of options when it comes to the furniture layout. While it does have space for an entertainment center, the main focal point here, is three large windows looking out towards the back of the home. The model center had the house backed up to a tree line and it really gave it a nice feel of what views could actually be like.

Kitchen and Dining Room

From the living room, you can easily transition into the kitchen. The kitchen has a really large galley layout with a beautiful island in the center. On both sides of the kitchen, you have a tremendous amount of cabinets, both uppers and lowers, and counter space.

It might be just as expensive to buy the dishes to fill these cabinets up, as it would be to have this home built, lol. Anyway, on the one side, you have your stove and microwave and on the other, on the back-facing wall of the home, you have a sink. The sink sits under a window with the same beautiful views as that from the living room. Here you will also find the dishwasher and refrigerator.

Through the kitchen is your formal dining room. Here, there is plenty of space for a large dining room table and even a decorative cabinet or buffet-style table. It is easily accessible from the kitchen, as well as, a family room just to the left. Along the back wall are several more windows that also help brighten up the space.

Utility Room

Just off the dining room, towards the side of the home is the utility room. Here you will find a side entrance which would be a great spot to add a garage. The utility room has wash and dryer hookups and an “L” shaped counter.

The counter makes for the perfect folding table and has several upper and lower cabinets.

Family Room

Just off the dining room is the family room. It splits the space between the secondary bedrooms and dining room and has a large window facing the die of the home. This is a great spot to set up a tv or a game room for the younger folks that live in the house as well.

It is on the opposite side of the home from the master suite providing a large noise barrier. The room is extremely spacious and capable of housing several larger pieces of furniture and maybe even an electric fireplace.

Secondary Bedrooms And Bathroom

Hanging a left from the foyer or walking out of the family room, you will enter a small hallway, that houses a full bathroom, as well as, the two secondary bedrooms.

Both bedrooms sit facing the front of the home and each has a large window and step-in closet. They are also very spacious measuring approximately 13ft 1in X 11ft 6in for the “2nd” bedroom and 10ft 3in X 12ft 10in for the “3rd” bedroom.

Across the hall is the full bathroom. It has a large single vanity and then separated by a pocket door is a toilet and shower and tub combo. Just outside of the bathroom is a nice built-in, perfect for coats, shoes, and book bags.

Master Suite

Now it is time to take you into the master bedroom of this amazing North Carolina modular home. This bedroom is just enormous measuring in around 13ft 10in X 26ft  4in.  It has plenty of room for pretty much any size bed and several large dressers.

This particular model had his and her bathroom layout, which altered how the room sits from the basic option. Towards the back of the room, there is even more space for a sitting or reading area.

On either side of the bed are doorways leading into two separate bathrooms. Each bathroom has a single vanity and toilet. One bathroom features a beautiful soaking tub sitting just below two windows, and the other has a standalone shower.

Connecting the two bathrooms is a large walk-through closet with plenty of shelves and hanging dowels for all of your clothes.

2nd Floor

The stairwell to the second floor sits just in the foyer. Up there is a large unfinished space currently, but you can opt to have it finished out. You could add several more rooms up here or turn them into any other type of space you desired.

It is a blank slate. I left this until the end because the second floor is really just an option. The home can also be a single-story home.
