The Exterior
The exterior of the “Marlin” is very welcoming. The porch on the home is an option, but it’s definitely one to add. It is a huge porch with a wide staircase leading to the front door. The siding on this home is also really nice.
The top half of the home is board and batten and the bottom half is vinyl siding. I really love the white trim accents that separate the different sidings as well as the window and door frames. It really gives it a nice pop of color.
There is an additional door on the side of the home with a smaller porch area that does come standard on the floor plan.

The side door is actually the front door of the home, so with that being said, coming in the front door you are greeted with a small foyer area. Beyond that, the home opens into a wonderful open floor plan.
Den/Bonus Room
The Den/bonus room is straight through the foyer. The first thing you notice are the beautiful and quite large barn doors leading into the room. It is a really nice size room and would make a perfect den or office space depending on what your needs are.
Kitchen
This home has a really great open floor plan and the kitchen and living room are completely open. It makes it a really great space for family time or entertaining guests. Coming into the kitchen, I was honestly surprised that it was so large.

The center island is really nice size and let me tell you, I am a fan of the countertops and cabinets that they used in this home. The counters are a beautiful quartz and look very rich and inviting. The cabinets match the counters perfectly and not only are they tall, but there are a ton of them in the kitchen.
The island also has loads of cabinet space. They line the full inside of the island and there are cabinets on one of the endcaps. The other end has really nice built-in shelves. The appliances in the kitchen are also really nice. There is a stainless wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and undermount stainless sink with a matching faucet.

Dining Room
The dining room is to the left of the kitchen area. It has more cabinet and counter space, and plenty of room to store all your dishes and cooking gadgets.
There is also a built-in wine rack, the only thing missing is a little mini fridge for all of your cocktail needs. That can always be added later though!
Living Room
Next, we come to the living room. There is a recessed tray ceiling in the middle of the living room with a ceiling fan in the middle (definitely a necessity in Florida). The living room is a really nice size and the openness of the room really just makes it feel like home.
The lighting in the living is also really great. Between the windows and the large sliding glass door leading to the porch, there is an abundance of sunlight pouring inside.

Guest Bathroom & Bedroom
Heading back across the home, we find the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first stop is the guest bathroom. They kept the colors, counters, and cabinets the same throughout the home, which is really nice.
The counters and cabinets in the bathroom and utility room are the same quartz counters as in the kitchen. There is a single vanity in this bathroom. It does have plenty of counter and cabinet space though, so don’t worry. The shower tub combo has a matching tile surround that goes all the way to the ceiling.
Across the hall is the guest bedroom. It is a nice size and has a double-door sliding closet. There is a huge double window in the room that lets in lots of natural light.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom
The master bathroom in this home is not only huge but also beautiful. I especially love the barn doors leading into the walk-in closet. Across the room is the master bathroom, which is separated by double French doors.
The master bathroom has a double vanity with matching counters and cabinets again (yay!) To the right of the vanity are the water closet with a toilet and some additional cabinets for linens and toilet paper.
Across from the water closet is the giant walk-in shower. It has the same tile backsplash as the guest bathroom that goes all the way to the ceiling. The shower has a bench inside and dual shower heads and controls for each.
