Deer Valley Mobile Homes “Etienne” Model

Here is one of the biggest Deer Valley Mobile Homes I have ever toured! It is the “Etienne” by Deer Valley Home Builders and is on display at Oasis Homes in Augusta, Georgia. This Deer Valley Home is by far one of my favorite floor plans. Its massiveness rivals many of the triple-wide manufactured homes we have toured on the channel.

Deer Valley Mobile Homes Exterior

The outside of this home incorporates many elements that would be considered typical with a Deer Valley Home. It has a heap of rustic accents and uses a lot of natural colors. There are three distinct gables on the front side of the house that give the “Etienne” a unique look. There are two wood columns on the very inviting front porch.

Around the home are plenty of windows that let in a ton of natural light, especially in the living room. To the far side of the home is an entryway leading into the utility room. While not typically seen with manufactured homes you could add a garage or even just a carport here. But that of course is just some random internet guy’s opinion.

Living Room

As you step inside, you are greeted with a huge living room. It features beautiful beams on the ceiling, massive windows on the back wall, and a gorgeous ship-lapped fireplace surround. The fireplace itself is electric and up above the mantel is a place to mount your television.

Kitchen

To the left of the living room, just outside of your field of view as you enter the home, is the kitchen. And let me tell you! This kitchen is gorgeous! The centerpiece is a massive oversized island with beautiful countertops and three lovely pendant lights.

On one side of the island, you have several spaces for stools and the other is cabinet heaven. On the side of the kitchen closest to the front of this home is a huge “L” shaped countertop, a sink, and a refrigerator.

Next to the refrigerator is the fabled walk-in pantry, which Deer Valley Mobile Homes are known for. They just always seem to have really big pantries. On the opposite side of the kitchen, there is a built-in microwave and oven, along with a phenomenal stove top and range hood. All backed by some exquisite glass backsplash.

Past the kitchen, there is a designated dining space and an entrance into the massive master bedroom.

The Master Suite

Deer Valley mobile homes have some of the finest master suites of any manufactured home builders. This one is no exception. The bedroom is a really great size, measuring approximately 17’0″x15’0″. So I have little doubt that you could fit a huge king-size bed in here and all the dressers to match.

The en-suite is the real winner though. It features a double vanity, a ridiculously large soaking tub, and my favorite, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Heck, I think the bench in this shower is bigger than the whole tub in my house.

Even More Rooms

I’m telling you, this is one of those floor plans that seem to go on forever! On the complete opposite side of this home, to the right of the living room as you enter the door, this even more to see.

Down the hall and on the left, the first place you come to is the utility room. The utility room houses your back door, washer and dryer hookups, and even has a spot for your freezer! There is a big “L” shaped counter with a wash basin and plenty of cabinets just above it.

On the opposite side of the hall are two smaller guest rooms. They both measure in at approximately 12’0″x15’0″ and each has a nice size step-in closet. The other great thing about these two rooms is that they are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Coming out of these rooms and heading down towards the end of the hall, you have a third bathroom and finally your fourth bedroom. This bedroom also measures approximately 12’0″x15’0″ and has a step-in closet as well.
