Have you ever seen any other coastal style homes like this? The home featured in this tour is the coastal version of the “Heritage” one of Schumacher Homes Site built models on display in Wilmington, NC. This model as toured has a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and a 2163 sqft layout, with an incredible master suite and ceilings that are beyond your wildest dreams!

The exterior of this home really exemplifies that coastal style with that sea green siding, gorgeous storm shutters and shake shingle accents. The Heritage also has two back porches, giving plenty of space to gather and enjoy all the sights and sounds of coastal living.

As you walk inside this home, that is when you start feeling the magic. This coastal version of the heritage has an incredible open floor plan that opens up into the living room and around the corner-ish is the kitchen and dining room. The ceilings in this section of the home have beautiful exposed beams that work oh so nice with all the stunning windows.

Off the kitchen is a hallway that leads to two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the opposite end of this home, you will find the master suite, and let me tell you!! The master suite in this home is exquisite. It also has beautiful windows and exposed beams in the ceiling, but this room just feels like you have walked into a resort spa and are about to be pampered. Or maybe that’s the bathroom. I don’t know. It all works together for an awesome space!
