Pennwest Modular Homes Exterior

When it comes to Pennwest Modular Homes, the “General Jackson” is an absolute stunner. The outside of this home has tons of curb appeal, especially on the front. The front features three large Gables and one cute dormer sitting up on the second floor. Also along the front of the home are several windows, a nice tan vinyl siding, and beautiful blue shutters

As you travel around the outside of the home, on the far right-hand side, you will find a single door leading out from the utility room. This would be a great spot to add an additional two-car garage. Not only would it add to the overall look of the home but also have a convenient spot to park your cars.

The Modular Home You Have Always Dreamt About!

Around the back of the home, there are plenty more windows and a nice bump out. This bump out actually houses the back den, but it does have a sliding glass door that could lead out onto a future back deck or patio.

Dining Room

When you first step inside of this beautiful modular home, you are immediately greeted with a nice foyer. To either side, the foyer opens up into the living room on the right and the formal dining room on the left.

The dining room in this model is exquisite! It has beautiful coffered ceilings and two great big windows looking out into the front of the house. I love the red that they used in this model, it really gives a very warm and homey feel to the room.

In the middle of the dining room there is a large light fixture hanging down over the top of the table and all the way around the dining room there’s enough space to put several different cabinets or buffets to really help spruce everything up.

Kitchen

Just off the dining room is a beautiful kitchen. Nothing goes to waste in this space! In the middle, there is a large island with several spots for some seats and on the opposite side, several cabinets for storage.

A perfect spot to sit and eat breakfast or just socialize in the evening as you prepare dinner. On the far wall, you will find your range top, as well as, your range hood, and right next to that there is also a built-in oven and microwave.

There is also a large counter surface with a nice cut-out looking into the back den. Here you will find a dishwasher your sink and the refrigerator. And bouncing back across the kitchen along the back wall, on the same side as the dining room, there is a nice barn door that opens to reveal a beautiful pantry. One large enough for a ton of food.

Family Room and Living Room

Beyond the kitchen is the large family den that we talked about earlier. As you enter the room, to the right there’s a sliding glass door that could lead out onto a patio or porch. To the left, you will find a whole bunch of space for several pieces of furniture and along the back wall a beautiful fireplace! It has a massive mantle, big enough for a huge tv, and on either side large built-ins.

Back up towards the front of the home, to the right of the foyer, and I guess back of the kitchen, is the more formal living room. Again, another great big space! It has several windows sitting up towards the front of the home and a large ceiling fan in the middle.

2nd Floor

In the back corner of the living room, you will find a stairwell that leads up to the second floor. The second floor in this model is currently unfinished, however, there is an exceptionally large amount of space up there that you could always have finished. Some ideas include extra bedrooms, an office, a game room, he/she cave, whatever you would like.

This unfinished space is made up of approximately 1325 square feet (about half the area of a tennis court). Plenty of room just to make this home massively larger than it already is. The dormers up here are also usable so that gives a unique feature to each of the rooms that you do end up finishing or if you end up just using it as storage, well, have no fear! You will never run out of room.

Secondary Bedrooms and Bath

Back downstairs, past the living room, you will enter a hallway that leads into both of your secondary bedrooms, as well as, your bathroom and utility room. The first room that you come to, is the first of the two smaller bedrooms and this one is the smaller of the two.

It sits on the back of the house with a nice window looking back towards the den and measures 12 ft 0in X 9ft 5in. It does have plenty of space for a nice full-size bed and a dresser. Along the back side of the room is also a nice step-in closet.

Next to that, on the same side of the hall, is the first full bathroom. This bathroom features a single vanity, toilet, and a shower and tub combo. Then, directly across the hall from that, is a doorway. This doorway, if put on a basement-type foundation, would be the doorway to the stairwell into the basement.

The second full bedroom sits on the opposite side of the hall, further down, towards the front of the house. This room is much larger than the first, measuring in at 11ft 11in X 10ft 7in.

Master Suite

The master suite sits back across the other side of the home, between both, the dining room and the kitchen. When you first walk in, there are several doors leading into both your walk-in closet, as well as, the en-suite.

The walk-in closet sits just behind the doorway into the bedroom, and it is again another large closet with plenty of shelves and hanging towels to fit plenty of clothes. Right next to that, you will find the en-suite.
