The Modular home featured in this tour is the “Montana” by R-Anell on display at Homes by Vanderbuilt and is a single story home. As toured this North Carolina modular home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 1800 sqft layout. It has beautiful pillars on the porch and probably my favorite accent wall I’ve seen so far!
Alrighty, so after we get past the potato quality of the footage for this home, its really not a bad floor plan for a family oriented single story modular home.
When you first enter, you are greeted with the main living room. This home has a mostly open design with a split bedroom layout. You have clear views to your kitchen, dining table and secondary living room.
Kitchen and Dining Room
As you enter the kitchen, you will notice a beautiful island with plenty of counter space and a raised bar that you could add stools too for additional seating space. The rest of the kitchen is nice and spacious with your stove towards the interior wall and a sink looking out your back window.
Past the refrigerator, to the left of the kitchen, you have your utility room with washer and dryer hook ups and your back door. To the right of the kitchen you will pass the dining table and sliding back door out onto your future back deck and grill or swimming pool or garden…. or not. Then onto your second living room with a beautiful blue accent wall and a nice built in entertainment center. On this side of the house you will also find three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
On the whole opposite side of this modular home is the master suite. It is a really nice size at approximately14’x14′. The en-suite connected to the master bedroom features double vanities and an optional tiled walk in shower, which this home has. Then finally, your walk in closet.
This is a pretty sweet single story modular home! You can find this home on display at Homes by Vanderbuilt in Sanford, North Carolina. Let me know what you think down in the comments.
