Just as with 1192 Bernadette Lane by Six Points Homes, this model also showcases state-of-art architecture.

Traditional-Style Home Exterior
The home’s dark and moody exterior immediately captures your attention. The facade boasts a combination of dark board-and-batten siding and a natural-looking brown siding. The darker accents even continue to the three-car garage. The garage includes three separate garage doors, all single-bay.
To the side of the three-car garage, a covered front porch leads into a sun-soaked home interior. An ultra-modern exposed beam highlights the gable of the front porch. Two additional gables decorate the front of the residence.
As you continue around to the side of the home, the siding keeps the darker aesthetic but transitions to a traditional black siding.
Finally, the rear of the home includes a convenient covered back patio.
Jaw-Dropping Home Interior
The second you step into this gorgeous Six Points Home, your jaw drops at the spacious floor plan. Immediately upon entry, the open-concept floor plans greet residents and guests alike with a light and bright interior. Hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and modern fixtures extend throughout the entire entry level of the home.
Formal Dining Room
As soon as you walk through the front door, a formal dining room awaits to the left. The dining room truly showcases unmatched character.
In addition to board-and-batten accent walls, there are also accent lights in the tray ceiling. Additional light flows in from large picture-frame windows and offers a glimpse into the home’s front and side yards.
A hallway off the formal dining room leads to a butler’s pantry and dry bar area. The dry bar area even conveniently includes a spot for a wine cooler. A big walk-in pantry sits across from the dry bar. The pantry includes built-in wooden shelves, perfect for hiding away larger kitchen gadgets with ease.
Gourmet Kitchen
Venture through the butler’s pantry to access the polished gourmet kitchen. The eat-in kitchen includes an expansive island, lacquered tile backsplash, custom range hood, six-burner gas range, double ovens, and an undermount sink. The island includes stunning white countertops and a rustic wooden base. An overhang creates space to sit four bar stools comfortably. Two accent light fixtures reside over the island and add a fun touch.
The wooden accents from the base of the island also extend to the custom range hood. The custom range hood boasts wooden board-and-batten details.
Gold accents and soft-close cabinets and drawers complete this luxurious kitchen.
Morning Room
Past the kitchen, you have a sun-soaked morning room. The room is surrounded on three sides by oversized picture-frame windows.
A high, quasi-vaulted ceiling makes the space feel even larger.
Living Area
A clean line from the gourmet kitchen leads to the living area. The star of this living area is by far the board-and-batten gas fireplace. The fireplace’s white tile surround beautifully contrasts the dark board and batten. Wooden floating cabinets flank either side of the fireplace.
A large set of doors off the living area lead to the home’s covered back patio.
Powder Bath
A hallway off the living area leads to a staircase to the basement, an at-home office, and a convenient powder bath.
The powder bath includes a single floating vanity, a back-lit mirror, and a tray ceiling with accent lights.
At-Home Office
Just past the powder bath at the very end of the hallway is an at-home office space.
Should you not need an at-home office space, the room could easily also be used as a bedroom.
Mudroom
Back off the home’s main foyer, access the convenient mudroom and access to the three-car garage.
The mudroom includes two spacious drop zones with plenty of built-in cubbies and lockers.
Entry-Level Bedroom
Past the mudroom, access an entry-level guest bedroom. The room includes hardwood floors, recessed lighting, closet space, and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a floating single vanity, tile floors, and a tile-surround walk-in shower. This walk-in shower isn’t like anything I’ve ever seen before. A convenient shower niche includes backlighting to illuminate the cutout.
Upper-Level Primary Suite
Venture upstairs to access the upper-level primary suite.
The bedroom includes hardwood floors, an eye-catching accent wall, recessed lighting, and access to a spacious en-suite bathroom.
Primary Bathroom
Double doors off the primary suite lead to an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom pulls out all the stops and boasts two separate floating vanities, a soaking tub, a water closet, back-lit vanity mirrors, and an oversized shower. The tile-surround walk-in shower includes a tray ceiling, rainfall shower head, and back-lit shower niche.
Walk through the en-suite bathroom to access the sprawling walk-in closet. The walk-in closet includes multiple built-in storage opportunities. If you walk through the closet, there is even a door leading to a large unfinished space. The unfinished space would be perfect for off-season clothing. It could even be finished off to become a sitting room.
A second door off the walk-in closet leads to the upper-level laundry room.
Laundry Room
The upper-level laundry room can be accessed one of two ways. One way is through the primary walk-in closet and the second is through a door off the adjoining hallway.
The laundry room includes fun tile flooring, washer and dryer hookups, a wash basin, and built-in cabinets.
Additional Bedrooms
There are three additional bedrooms on the home’s upper level. Instead of hardwood floors, all three bedrooms transition to carpet flooring.
The first of the two bedrooms includes closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a floating vanity and tile-surround tubbed shower.
A few steps away, the second bedroom is larger and sits toward the side of the house. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom features a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The third and final bedroom on the upper level sits toward the front of the home. It resides above the formal dining area. Just as with the first two bedrooms, this room also includes an en-suite bathroom.
Three-Car Garage
Access the convenient three-car garage through the mudroom. The three-car garage includes three separate garage doors, leaving plenty of space to park three cars with ease.
Unfinished Basement
This home includes an unfinished basement with a ton of potential. The open-concept rec space provides flexibility to become a game room or second living space. Additionally, there is also a guest bedroom and additional bathroom.
