Raleigh Custom Homes “Sky Vista” Exterior
The exterior of this custom home leaves no doubt this home exudes luxury. The white brick exterior offers a clean and sophisticated facade, while black-framed windows and black LP siding add a monochromatic contrast. Continuing the theme of clean lines, the roof gables come to a sharp point and offer an air of contemporary architecture.
As you continue around the home, you see access to the three-car garage. The garage includes two separate garage doors, one of which is double-wide. In the rear of the home, you find a gigantic covered patio with a built-in grill, fireplace, and Phantom screens.
Luxurious Custom Interior Design
The black and white theme from the exterior continues into the interior. The custom interior of the home boasts 5,514 square feet of open-concept living. Immediately upon entry, you see a grand, two-story foyer, engineered hardwood floors, crown molding, and a clear view into the living area. An array of windows resides above the custom iron front door and illuminates the entryway with natural light.
Office Space
A large at-home office resides just beyond the home’s grand foyer.
The office features dark, shiplap walls and engineered hardwood floors. Oversized windows cover two walls and cast natural light into the space.
Powder Room
Before you head into the living area, a convenient powder room resides just off the front entrance. However, before you get to the powder room, a coat closet captures your attention.
The coat closet is more than what it seems. Get ready for the ultimate game of hide-a-go-seek! Inside the coat closet resides a secret door leading to additional closet space. The powder room itself is oversized and includes a single vanity, gold accents, and an updated light fixture.
Living Room
The open-concept living room boasts recessed lighting, a built-in entertainment center, and an understated fireplace.
The gas fireplace features a modern stone surround. A full wall of doors off the living room opens up and creates a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the expansive covered porch.
Covered Porch
The impressive covered porch makes indoor-outdoor living a breeze. The screened-in porch features a grill, fireplace, and even access to an outdoor bathroom. The outdoor bathroom includes a large, single vanity and white shiplap walls.
Kitchen + Dining Area
A dry bar with a subway tile backsplash leads into the kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen incorporates an optimal layout with abundant cabinet and counter space. There was no expense spared in making this eat-in kitchen as luxurious as possible.
A grand island offers barstool seating on one side and additional cabinet storage on the other. Across from the island, you’ll find the gas range, custom range hood, and the same subway tile backsplash featured on the dry bar.
The farmhouse sink resides below three windows that overlook the backyard and offer an incredible view. Finally, a restaurant-quality stainless steel refrigerator ensures there is no shortage of space.
If you think the kitchen is something special, just wait until you see the pantry. A door off the gourmet kitchen leads to a combined pantry/prep kitchen.
The space includes a second dishwasher, refrigerator, prep sink, microwave, and even more cabinet and shelf storage.
The open-concept dining area resides between the kitchen and living area.
A contemporary light fixture centers the space and provides subtle separation from the other two areas.
Mudroom
The owner’s entry serves as a beautiful mudroom and includes a drop zone with a built-in bench and cubbies. The opposite side features a desk space and a door to a storage closet.
Primary Suite
The entry-level of the home includes two suites: a primary and a secondary suite. The primary bedroom features engineered hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, and picture-frame windows.
The picture-frame windows cast abundant natural light into the space. An impressive en-suite bathroom resides just beyond.
The Primary En-Suite Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom provides a luxurious spa-like experience. The bathroom boasts a double vanity, soaking tub, water closet, and walk-in shower. The double vanity takes up a full wall and includes a makeup vanity in the middle.
Two large cabinets sit on either side of the vanity providing polished storage. A large walk-in closet resides beyond the bathroom and includes impressive built-ins and even a built-in mirror.
Entry-Level Laundry Room
The entry-level laundry room is the first of two laundry rooms in the home.
You locate the laundry room off the primary walk-in closet or through a door off the home’s foyer. The laundry room features an undermount sink, built-in cabinets, and a folding counter.
Secondary Entry-Level Suite
The secondary entry-level suite makes the perfect in-law suite and is a reflection of the primary. The room itself features exposed beams, engineered hardwood floors, a walk-in closet with custom built-ins, and an en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite bathroom includes a polished single vanity and tile-surround, glass-enclosed shower. The tile surround goes all the way up to the ceiling and also covers a built-in bench.
Loft Area + Bonus Room
Upstairs is a loft area with a full built-in entertainment space. The loft opens to the two-story foyer. A door off the loft leads to an upstairs bonus room. This room could function as an additional bedroom if needed.
Additional Bedrooms
There are three additional bedrooms on the upper level. Unlike the two bedrooms downstairs, the bedrooms upstairs all include carpet flooring instead of engineered hardwood.
Two of the bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The final bedroom includes a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with the bonus room.
Laundry Room
This home doesn’t lack any ritzy features! A second laundry room with room for a stackable washer and dryer lives upstairs hidden behind a pocket door.
Bonus Room
A set of French doors leads into an oversized bonus room.
The bonus room features recessed lighting, a wet bar with a wine cooler, and an extension into a separate game room.
Three-Car Garage
The three-car garage is tucked away on the side of the home and features two garage doors, one double-wide. Access the garages through the owner’s entry in the home’s interior.
The owner’s entry has two separate garage entry points. One door leads to the two-car garage, while the other leads to a separate single-car garage.

Timothy, This is truly the “WOW” factor. Very nice and clean yet luxury in this beautiful home.
I am a real estate agent in Greenville SC and was just up in Raleigh/Durham to help list a home there. After touring the area for comps and seeing this floor plan for the first time , I could just see this on a huge lot or acreage there.
It’s a great plan and a very beautiful home to say the least for many reasons.
Two big perfect suites on the main for a starter, great kitchen with the pantry/prep is amazing! All of the homes features result in a well thought thru design with intention and purpose that most buyers at that price level d and expect. Great job I wish I could represent such a masterpiece here in Greenville! Would you happen to sell the plans for that home to build?
