The classic siding continues around the house to the home’s rear. The rear of the home includes a covered back patio and a door to access the home’s living room.

Spacious Custom Interior

The custom interior of this home boasts warm plank flooring, a well-designed floor plan, and timeless features. As soon as you walk into the home, you’re greeted with a spacious front entryway. The entryway offers a clean line all the way into the living room.

Open-concept Tennessee custom home

While this home features a traditional floor plan, the kitchen, living room, and dining area all function as an open-concept space. This gives you the best of both worlds.

Powder Bath

At the end of the foyer, turn left to access the gallery which leads to a powder bath and at-home office. The powder bath features the same warm plank floors showcased in the home’s entryway. A pedestal sink, gold-framed mirror, and modern light fixture complete the powder bath.

At-Home Office

Just steps from the powder bath, a set of double doors leads into an at-home office. The at-home office includes plank flooring, recessed lighting, and a set of windows overlooking the home’s front yard.

This space can also function as a flex room to take on any role you best see fit. It could easily become a craft room, reading nook, or playroom.

Gourmet Kitchen

As you venture further into the home, you come across the stunning gourmet kitchen. The expansive kitchen features a spacious island, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

Two modern light fixtures hang over the island and add additional character. An overhang provides convenient seating along the island.

A stainless undermount sink, polished tile backsplash, and matte cabinet pulls complete the gourmet kitchen. Just off the kitchen, a door leads to a small pantry closet.

Dining Area

The dining area separates the gourmet kitchen from the living room. The room is flooded with natural light thanks to three windows lining the back wall.

Open-concept dining area

As mentioned, this entire living area is open concept and provides a seamless flow from the kitchen all the way to the living area.

Living Room

The oversized living room boasts a vaulted ceiling, accent wall, and gas fireplace. The gas fireplace includes a marble surround and an updated white mantle. A glass-paned door to the side of the fireplace grants access to the home’s covered back patio.

The covered back patio perfectly fits a dining table large enough to seat six.

The laundry room includes tile flooring, washer and dryer hookups, and a built-in wire rack.

Entry-Level Primary Suite

Just steps from the laundry room, access the entry-level primary suite. The entry-level primary suite measures 14’0”x15’6” and boasts a tray ceiling, plank flooring, and a subtle accent wall. A set of windows rests on either side of the bed and offers plenty of natural light.

Entry-level primary bedroom

Finally, a door off the bedroom leads to the primary en-suite bathroom.

Primary En-Suite Bathroom

The primary en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a linen closet, a water closet, and a walk-in shower. The double vanity boasts two gold-framed mirrors and contrasting dark fixtures. Meanwhile, the subway tile-surrounded walk-in shower features a built-in bench and black accents.

On the other side of the en-suite bathroom, access a spacious walk-in closet. The walk-in closet includes motion-powered lights and a built-in wire rack.

Upper-Level Bonus Area

The home’s upper level boasts three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a spacious bonus room. A set of stairs off the kitchen leads to the second story.

At the top of the stairs, a bonus room features carpet flooring, recessed lighting, and an accent wall. The lofted bonus room perfectly serves as a second living area with room for a sectional, desk, and more.

Upper-Level Bedrooms

As mentioned, the upper level includes three additional bedrooms. Access all three bedrooms off the upper-level bonus area.

The first bedroom measures 13’0”x11’0” and sits toward the front of the home. As with the lofted bonus area, this room also includes carpet flooring. A walk-in closet completes the first room.

Four bedroom Tennessee custom home

The second bedroom measures 11’0”x12’0.” This room is very similar to the first bedroom and also includes carpet flooring and a large walk-in closet.

In between the second and third bedrooms, access the shared hall bathroom. The bathroom boasts a double vanity and a tubbed shower. A transom window resides above the shower and allows natural light to flow into the room.

Finally, the third and final bedroom measures 12’0”x12’0.” This room models the previous two with carpet and an oversized walk-in closet.

2-Car Garage

The “Raleigh” floor plan includes a convenient two-car garage. The model as toured turned the two-car garage into office space. However, in the final home, you would access the garage through a single door in the home’s interior.

Final Thoughts on This Tennessee Custom Home

This Tennessee custom home truly is the perfect family home. The traditional floor plan allows for plenty of storage and closet space. Plus, all three additional bedrooms on the upper level boast spacious, walk-in closets. If four bedrooms aren’t enough for your family, the floor plan allows for a fifth bedroom. The fifth bedroom would be in lieu of the entry-level at-home office. Additionally, the entry-level powder bath would become a full bathroom. This would bring the total count to five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

So, what do you say? Which model from the Jones Company is your favorite?
