I toured the “Amelia” by Classic Cottages on a recent trip to Arlington, Virginia. Classic Cottages serves Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Falls Church, and Vienna with luxurious custom homes. Founded in 2010, Classic Cottages has since earned a prestigious reputation in Northern Virginia for their expertly-crafted custom homes.

The “Amelia” model is no different. The home boasts two stories of spacious living, six bedrooms, a finished basement, and 5,544 square feet of sun-soaked living space. Classic Cottages beautifully masters the light and bright home aesthetic.

Just beyond the kitchen is the butler’s pantry. The butler’s pantry features a built-in wine cooler, subway tile backsplash, and additional counter and cabinet space. Across from the butler’s pantry, a walk-in pantry provides unmatched value.

The laundry room resides on the upper level of the home.

The bathroom also includes a soaking tub, a water closet, and a glass-enclosed shower. The tile-surround corner shower features a built-in bench, removable shower head, and rainfall shower head.

Additional Bedrooms

Three additional bedrooms make up the upper level of the home. Each of the bedrooms is massive and rivals even some primary bedrooms we’ve seen before. The first bedroom measures 16’2”x13’8” and includes its own en-suite bathroom.

The en-suite bathroom boasts a single vanity, tile-surround tubbed shower, and tile flooring.

The second bedroom is just as extensive and also features hardwood floors. The room itself measures 15’9”x16’0” and provides access to a closet and Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

The Jack-and-Jill bathroom includes a double vanity, linen closet, and a pocket door separating the vanity from the tile-surround tubbed shower and toilet. The third bedroom shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom and is similar in size to the previous two bedrooms.

However, this bedroom also includes an impressive walk-in closet.

The “Amelia” floor plan includes a finished basement on the lower level. The basement features a large bonus space, a wet bar with a wine cooler, access to the backyard, two storage closets, and an additional bedroom.
