The Best Legacy Housing Floor Plans
Legacy Housing has definitely made a name for themselves in the manufactured home world. If you have ever looked into different manufactured home builders, I’m sure that you have heard of Legacy Housing. If you haven’t, then I suggest you do! The big thing that sets Legacy apart from a lot of other builders is that they focus on floor plan functionality.

Legacy Housing Floor Plan Exterior
The “C3264-32BP” has a gorgeous and fun exterior. The first and most noticeable thing about the home is the shape of the front. It is a really neat geometric shape that has a point to it just above the porch.
100 Questions Every First-Time Home Buyer Should Ask
It really makes this home stand out among other manufactured homes. I also like the shake shingle used on the front of the home, it gives it a little bit of a funky feel.
Coming up to the home, you are greeted with a very nice-sized front porch. I like how wide it is and that there is room in front of the door. A lot of times it can feel very crammed on the front porch.

Living Room
Coming into the home you are greeted with a beautiful open floor plan. The first room upon entering is the living room. The living room is a really nice size and has lots of windows, providing natural sunlight to stream in. There is also an option for a gas fireplace for this room. The model that we toured does have the fireplace option and I have to say, it’s one worth looking into.
Kitchen/Dining Room
I know that keep going on about the layout of this home, but I really do love it and I still think that it’s one of the best Legacy Housing floor plans I have seen. The dining room is a really nice size and has plenty of room for a large table.

I like how the dining room is separated from the living room and foyer area with a partition wall. There are big windows at the front of the dining room letting in tons of natural light that gives a lot of light to not only the dining area but to the kitchen as well.
Heading into the kitchen, there is a HUGE island with seating for six around the outside. On the far side of the island are the sink, dishwasher, and some counter space. The sink is proportionate to the island, meaning it is also huge! It is stainless steel and has a handy drying rack on one side and a basket on the other.
Opposite the sink is the heart of the kitchen. Not only is there a ton of counter and cabinet space, but there is also a hidden walk-in pantry in the corner. Then, at the other end of the kitchen, there is a desk area for working at home or for kids doing homework right next to the dining room. This kitchen is definitely well-equipped for a large family.
How to Build a Tiny House on Wheels Step by Step
Guest Bedrooms/Bathroom
Just off the kitchen, you will find a hallway that leads to all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hallway has a nice landing area before getting to the bedrooms. It has a built-in desk for more homework and some shelving for storage. Also in this area is the utility room. It has plenty of room for a side-by-side washer and dryer and a freezer if you wanted to put one in there.
The next stop down the hallway is the second and third bedrooms. They are both a really nice size and have large closets. They also have nice windows giving the rooms plenty of natural light.
Between the two bedrooms is the guest bathroom. There is a single vanity with a lot of counter and drawer space and an extra wall cabinet next to the mirror. No bathroom would be complete without a toilet and a shower/tub combo.

Master Suite
Saving the best for last, we come to the master suite. The master bedroom is pretty huge. There is plenty of room for a full bedroom set and there would still be lots of room to move around. The star of the master suite though is the bathroom. The bathroom is massive.
There are double doors leading you into the bathroom. My favorite thing about this room is that there are two separate vanities. If you have ever shared a vanity with someone you will agree that it would be so nice to have your own space with your own drawers. Don’t worry, there are more great things in this bathroom.
A Guide to Creating Spaces You Never Want to Leave
There is a giant tub that could fit one…or two people. Across from the tub is the stand-up shower and then just past that is the walk-in closet. The closet has tons of shelving and racks that will more than likely hold all of your clothes for every season and occasion.
One of The Largest Double Wides We’ve EVER SEEN!
That pretty much sums up the C3264-32BP model by Legacy Housing. What did you think of the home? Would you agree that this is one of the best legacy housing floor plans? What was your favorite part of the home?
As always, thank you for touring this home with me…and I’ll see you in the next one 🙂
