The “Pasadena” is a single story, ranch style modular home. The exterior of the home is a mix of vinyl siding and stone. The combination of the siding and stone work really well together in giving this home a cozy and inviting feel.
I especially love the stone on the siding under the front porch. Speaking of the front porch, it is a really nice size and has lots of room for a few rocking chairs or a nice swing at the end.
The inside of the “Pasadena” is just as charming as the outside! Entering through the front door, the first stop on the tour is the living room. It’s a really nice size and I love the windows at the front facing the porch. They open up the room and provide amazing light.
Another really cool and unique accent is the window cutout behind the couch with the columns surrounding it. The columns give an almost regal feel that gives this home a little something special. There are also columns as you move from the living room to the kitchen and dining area creating really great flow to the home.
I have to say, I am truly impressed with the amount of space in both the kitchen and dining room in the “Pasadena”. The dining room is almost the same size as the master bedroom! You could definitely fit a large table and a buffet or hutch in the space and it wouldn’t feel crowded at all.
The dining room is also where you access the backyard or deck. The double glass doors with windows above give the room a really nice touch, while also providing an abundance of natural light.
The kitchen is right next to the dining room and I am equally impressed. Not only is there a ton of cabinets lining the outside of the kitchen, there is a huge island in the middle. The best thing about this room though is that there is still plenty of space to move around or for people to sit at the island on stools. A lot of times when islands are in the middle of the kitchen it feels crammed, but Unibilt did a really nice job at designing this floor plan.
Towards the back of the kitchen there is a pocket door or hidey door, whichever suits you 🙂 Through that door is the utility room with the washer/dryer, water heater, and all of the electrical equipment.
The master suite is located next to the living room and through it’s own hallway. The bedroom is a really nice size and has deep tray ceilings that give the room a bit of depth. There is a large walk-in closet in the corner of the bedroom with plenty of room for all of your clothes and shoes.
Coming into the master bathroom, you are greeted with a huge jacuzzi garden tub and a walk-in shower. Opposite the shower is a double vanity lined with cabinets and two separate mirrors above.
Guest Rooms & Bath
Heading back across the home and down the hallway, you first find the second full bathroom. It is equipped with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. The vanity has plenty of drawers, cabinets, and counterspace. Next to the vanity is a floor to ceiling linen cabinet.
Just passed the bathroom are the two additional bedrooms across from each other. Both are a really nice size, although the one at the front of the house is actually a little bit larger than the other one. Both have large step-in closets and windows offering lots of natural light.
That pretty much sums up the “Pasadena” built by R.E. Becker Builders and designed by Unibilt Homes. What did you think of the home? Would you agree that this is one of the best modular homes in Ohio? What would you change about it (if anything)?
Thanks for touring with me! I’ll see you in the next one 🙂
