Four-Story Custom Exterior
The exterior of the “Brooklyn” has James Hardie lap siding in a light grey around the upper floors. The lower floors have Prestige stone and Meridian brick. Black metal, brown paint, and grey window trim accent the luxurious siding.
A concrete driveway leads to the two-car garage painted brown to match the door. On the first level, above the garage, there is an uncovered patio with a black railing. You enter the patio from the great room on the first floor through sliding glass doors.
There are plenty of beautiful, Anderson windows in this Pennsylvania new construction. This gives it a modern feel, while also giving you a lovely view of the landscape around the home.
There is a concrete slab patio surrounded by a lush, small lawn in the back. A row of trees provides privacy along the perimeter.
Stunning Modern Interior
One of the best features of the “Brooklyn” is its flexible floor plan. The four floors of this townhouse give you the option to make this home suitable for your lifestyle.
This home can have anywhere from three to five bedrooms and 2 ½- 4 ½ bathrooms. You can choose to have the finished third floor or stop at the second level.
This particular model had four finished floors. With lovely oak stairs, leading the way between these spacious levels.
Entry-Level: Finished Basement
As you enter the home from the front of the building, you climb a small set of stairs to a landing. On your right, is the first level. The space in front of the living room is open with a black railing to give you a glimpse of this beautiful layout.
Then, down another set of stairs is the finished basement. This Pennsylvania new construction includes a two-car garage at the entry level. It also has a multi-purpose room and a full bathroom here.
Multi-purpose Room and Two-Car Garage
The multi-purpose room has a nice seating area. A bench sits on either side of a cozy fireplace underneath large windows. The fireplace has white stucco around it with a wooden mantle that matches the benches. This mantle is unique, with an inserted wooden mantel.
Toward the back, near the stairway, there is a coat closet, and beside it is the entrance to the two-car garage.
Full Bathroom
Opposite the large windows in the multi-purpose room, there is a full bathroom.
It includes a single vanity with an undermount sink, globe, pendant lights, and a toilet. A large shower with a built-in bench and black sliding, glass shower doors completes the full bath.
If you choose a different customization, this could be a half bath and storage area.
Flex Room
If you continue to the other side of the multi-purpose room, there is a flex room. This is one of the first customizations you can make. This Pennsylvania new construction has 3 options:

- A 21’0’’ x 11’ 5’’ covered patio

The show home had a full flex room. As you enter, the right side has a wall with a lovely dry bar and open shelves. A wine refrigerator rests in the cabinetry. The cabinets are white with a wooden, butcher block countertop and black hardware.
There is plenty of room for a table and chairs in the middle of the room. Towards the left of the entrance, there is a large closet with several wire shelves. This would be perfect for storing board games.
Glass doors sit toward the back leading to the uncovered patio.
First Floor: The Main Level
Going back up the staircase from the finished basement, you return to the landing. This is the main level of this Pennsylvania new construction. It includes the kitchen, living area, dining room, and covered patio.
Great Room
You walk through the entrance to the kitchen and turn right to enter the great room. The entrance to this room has large, black beams. They are out as a decorative feature.
There is a fireplace in the center of the main wall. It has a modern, slate surround and decorative trim. On both sides of the fireplace, there are large windows. The ceiling has coffered ceilings with a dark brown background and white beams.
The opposite wall has a black railing and an open design to the entryway. The uncovered patio is accessible from the glass doors facing the front of the home.
Kitchen and Dining Room
“The Brooklyn” has a gorgeous kitchen. A large island sits in the center of the room with an apron sink. There is room for four barstools. Three, globe pendant lights hang above it. There is plenty of storage and drawers here. The island cabinetry is black with a white countertop.
The main cabinetry toward the back of the room has a natural wooden feel in fawn color. There are two ovens and a built-in drawer microwave. There is a gas range with a range stainless steel range cover.
The counter space continues as it opens into the dining room. This cabinetry has a large window above another wine refrigerator. Wine racks frame both sides of the window. The backsplash along the entire wall between the cabinets is white tile.
This leads on your right to a covered patio.
Covered Patio
This is another customizable feature of this Pennsylvania new construction. The covered patio has a built-in grill. It also has a refrigerator and a large fireplace surrounded by a seating area.
You can also choose a sunroom option or a combination study and covered patio for this area of the townhome.
Half Bathroom
Finally, this floor has a half bath situated across from the dining area. It has a single vanity sink and toilet.
To the left of the bathroom is a cleaning closet.
Second Floor: The Owner’s Suite
Next to the cleaning closet and half bath nook, there is a staircase that leads to the second floor. On this level is a spacious and cozy owner’s suite. It includes an owner’s bedroom, large bath, sitting room, laundry room, and walk-in closet.
Here is another place for customization in this Pennsylvania new construction. You can choose to have all three bedrooms on this floor.
Another option is for two bedrooms, a smaller laundry room, and a covered patio.
Laundry Room
This level of the “Brooklyn” greets you with a spacious laundry room on the right. White cabinets surround a front-loading washer and dryer. There is plenty of countertop space.
The cabinetry has an under-mounted sink and a beautiful black backsplash. Under the lower cabinets is accent lighting.
To the right, is access to the walk-in closet.
Owner’s Suite
On the left side of this level, the Pennsylvania new construction opens up to the owner’s room. The back wall has a set of gray cabinets with plenty of drawer space and a large countertop. The white ceiling has beams crossed in an x above the spacious, wood-floored room. Two windows sit opposite the cabinets.
Past the main bedroom area, there is a large entryway framed by thick, black beams. This leads into a sitting room. There is a fireplace framed with wood boards and a white mantle. On either side of the fireplace are benches sitting beneath windows.
Owner’s En-Suite Bathroom
On the other side of the owner’s suite, there is an entrance to a large bathroom. The double vanity has a large upper cabinet in the center. There are plenty of drawers for storage. Mirrors are above the sinks on either side.
Then, there is a standalone tub beneath a window for natural light. The stone tile beneath the tub matches the shower tray. A walk-in shower is next to the tub. Inside the shower is a recessed shelf and a rainfall shower head.
The water closet is separate and across it is a linen closet.
Walk-in Closet
The final stop through the large bathroom leads you to the walk-in closet. There are lots of shelves, drawers, and hanging rods.
An island stands in the middle with more storage. A gorgeous globe light illuminates the room.
Third Floor: The Attic
The last set of stairs of this Pennsylvania new construction leads to the loft. This is one of the most customizable spaces in the build. Here is where you can add more bedrooms. You can also have an optional terrace, a large or small loft, and a variety of bathroom options.
This model of “The Brooklyn” has a loft, two bedrooms, and two en-suite bathrooms.
Loft
The loft is the first room you enter on the third level. There is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a prep sink. There is a charming seating area beneath a large window space.
Then, there is a ladder that leads to a small balcony where you can sit and relax.
Bedroom Two
On either side of the loft are bedrooms. The bedroom on the right had a large window in the center and built-in drawers on the wall. This is a fantastic space saver and lovely. There is a nice-sized closet and an en suite bathroom.
The bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower with a slanted pitch.
Bedroom Three
This bedroom is bigger than the other one. The closet is near the entrance and a lot larger than the other bedrooms.
This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity. It has a shower tub combo with sliding shower doors with a ledge on the back.
