100 Questions Every First-Time Home Buyer Should Ask
Home Exterior
The “Bonaire” is a two-story home with many different design options for the exterior of the home. The exterior of the model is a beautiful mix of stone, stucco, vinyl siding, and shake shingle accents at the top of the garage.

It really creates a unique look that flows together really well. There is an inviting brick walkway leading to the front porch, where you are greeted by two huge pillars and a nice little sitting area.
Entryway
Coming into the foyer of this home, you are welcomed with an open floor plan and lots of opportunities! To the left, the formal dining room resides with plenty of space for a large dining room table and a buffet or hutch.
To the right is the laundry room. This is not your average laundry room! There is a doggie shower and a place for a dog house or dog bed, whichever you prefer. There is also a half door in the doorway for those escape artist pups that don’t like the shower! Just past the laundry area is access to the two-car garage.
Straight ahead there is access to the heart of the home including the kitchen, gathering room, and the beautiful staircase leading to the second level. There is also a half bath and coat closet located in the foyer.

Gathering Room
The gathering room in this Taylor Morrison floor plan is probably one of my favorites! I love the two-story gathering rooms, especially the ones with the catwalk stairway on the second floor.
It really opens up the home and makes the space feel so much larger and airier. Another really nice feature about the style of this room is the bead board on the one side of the room at the top along with picture windows above the triple sliding glass door (yes, triple!).
They really up the natural light for the main living space. Speaking of lighting, there are really great pendant chandeliers hanging from the ceiling along with recessed lights.

Kitchen
Directly behind the gathering room is the casual dining room and kitchen. The Kitchen is also really nice and open. There is a really large angled island with tons of seating room on the far side closest to the gathering room. On the kitchen side, you will find a huge stainless sink with a matching faucet, a dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet and drawer space.
The main section of the kitchen has a really nice backsplash and lots more counter and cabinet space. There are matching stainless appliances throughout the kitchen including a double-door refrigerator on its own wall. Across from the refrigerator is a double-door pantry with wire shelving.
Patio/Lanai
The next stop is the patio/lanai area outside. It is fully screened in and spans pretty much the whole width of the home. There is a nice-sized outside dining space and a built-in grill area with a mini fridge, prep sink, and of course the grill with a stainless range hood above. Opposite the grill, on the other end of the lanai is a nice sitting area perfect for patio furniture or lounge chairs.

Master Suite
The last room on the main floor is the master suite. It is located just off the gathering room down its own little hallway. The master bedroom is a really good size and a triple set of windows for excellent natural lighting.
The master bathroom is in the master suite but down its own hallway. Before reaching the bathroom, there are two closets across the hall from each other. I do like that the closets are separate because I mean, we all need our own closet space.
Heading into the bathroom there is a double vanity to the left with a full mirror spanning across. Straight ahead there is a luxurious garden tub and next to that is a walk-in shower with tile surround and a small bench area. Just past the shower is the water closet with a privacy door and linen closet.

Second Floor
Heading up the staircase, you are greeted with an open loft area. It’s a really nice, open area with loads of possibilities. It could be a place for desks where kids do homework or a game room. Just off the loft is a study, which again has so many different options! I like the possibilities that this home has. There is so much space that you can be creative with!
Off the study room is a full bathroom. It has a single vanity, walk-in shower, and linen closet inside.
There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. All are really nice sizes and have double step-in closets. The bedrooms are separated by the catwalk walkway that looks over the main living area and foyer. There is also another full bathroom upstairs with a single vanity, shower/tub combo with full tile surround, and of course, a toilet. I can’t get over all the space upstairs and the endless options you could do with it.
I really do love this Taylor Morrison floor plan and I hope that you do too! Thanks for touring this home with me. Let me know what you think of the Bonaire in the comments. What would you do with all of the space upstairs? Would it be a dedicated kid’s area, an office, or maybe an exercise room? Or maybe all of the above, who knows!
