“RC3076B” by Karsten Homes
I recently toured the “RC3076B” by Karsten Homes displayed at Homes Direct while on a recent trip to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Today’s manufactured home boasts one of the largest kitchens I’ve ever seen in a double-wide floor plan. Just wait until you see this home for yourself!
The outside of the “RC3076B” model by Karsten Homes features a double-wide exterior. The exterior is outfitted with T1-11 smart panel siding. As you continue around the home, a side door grants access to the home’s utility room.
Inside, the spacious entryway leads to an open-concept living area and a glimpse into the kitchen. Vinyl plank flooring extends from the front entryway through to the expansive kitchen. This home boasts not one but two different living spaces, perfect for a large family. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms rest inside this spacious 2,280-square-foot floor plan.
