First Level: The Living Space
As you enter the foyer of this custom two-story home, you can peer down the hallway through the length of the house. Doors line both sides of the long hall. A large window shines brightly into the living room down at the end of this hall.
The foyer has wainscoting, adding texture to the space. There is room here for some decor to welcome your guests as they enter the home.
If you take a left, there is a coat closet and then, the entrance to the primary suite.
Primary Suite
The large, gorgeous primary suite sits at the front of this custom two-story home. There is a breathtaking wooden tray ceiling with a chandelier in the center. White trim surrounds charcoal-colored walls.
There is a large window in a recessed area bringing in lots of natural light. The good-sized room leads into the en-suite bathroom on the right as you enter the room.
Primary En-Suite Bathroom
The primary en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity with vanity lights above both mirrors. There are plenty of cabinets below the sinks and between them. On either side of the vanity, there are covenient built-in cabinets.
Opposite the vanity is a great big soaking tub next to a window. Next to that is a nice-sized tile walk-in shower with a bench in the back.
Further back, the water closet is to the left and a cut-out space is to the right. This would be perfect for a decorative table.
Directly back is the walk-in closet. There are adjustable shelves and plenty of racks for hanging clothes.
At-Home Office
Back into the main hallway, there is a cleaning closet after the entrance to the primary suite. Then, to your right is the entrance to a full bathroom and an at-home office.
The bathroom has a single vanity, a toilet, and a shower/tub combination. The tubbed shower featured a tile surround that does all the way up to the ceiling and a built-in shelf.
Across from the full bathroom is the at-home office. While the room is staged as an office, the room could easily be an additional bedroom or flex space. It has a crank-out window that looks out to the front of the house and a walk-in closet. The breaker boxes are accessible to the back.

Living and Dining Room
The hallway finally opens up into a large, open space. To the left is the living room space and to the right is the dining area.
There are large windows looking out to the covered porch in the back of the living room space. A dark-toned fireplace sits along the left-hand wall. It has a stone surround and a wooden mantle. It has windows on either side of it.
The dining room space sits near a large window looking out to the motor court. There is a lovely chandelier in the center of the eating area.
Gourmet Kitchen
Next to the dining area is a small corridor on the right. Here there is access to the mudroom and garage. Straight ahead is the kitchen.
The kitchen is clean and compact with plenty of counter space and storage. In the center is an island, with cabinets around it. There is room for several bar stools.
Along the back wall, there is a stainless undermount sink and dishwasher. They sit below a large, sunny window. The cabinets in the show home of this custom two-story home are slate gray.
The drawers are soft-closing. There are functional features, such as the pull-out garbage cabinet, a lazy susan in the corner, and lots of pot and pan drawers.
There is a gas range with a graphite-colored range hood. Then, there is a built-in oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
Between the oven and refrigerator, a door opens to a corner pantry.
Covered Patio
Just off the kitchen, there is a glass door to the covered patio. This is a fun hang-out spot with plenty of room to entertain family and friends. There are beautiful wood-paneled ceilings with recess lighting and a ceiling fan.
Second Level: Rest and Relaxation Space
From the living area, you can ascend the stairs near the hallway. This will take you to the second level. There are several ways to build your custom two-story home with Signature Homes. The home as toured includes three upper-level bedrooms.
You could also turn the space into a den and loft area. Another option is to put a bedroom over the garage, and/or change some of the bathroom features.
Loft
At the top of the stairs, to the left, is the loft area. Natural light pours into the room through two large windows overlooking the front of the home.
There is plenty of space here. It could make a fun playroom or game room.
The corner of the room includes an access door to the attic.
Bedroom #2
Toward the front of the home, access the remaining bedrooms. Directly across from the stairs is a full bathroom. This has a single vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combination.
To the left is a standalone room with high ceilings and large windows looking out into the front yard. The room measures 13’4″x13’1″ and includes carpet flooring and double doors leading to a step-in closet.
Bedrooms #3 and #4
Across the way, there are two additional bedrooms. They both sit toward the back of the home. Regardless of location, all these bedrooms are similar sizes. They each have a step-in closet behind double doors and a window for light.
