Stratford Homes “Granite Bay” modular house has a spacious and open layout that is ideal for hosting gatherings. The large living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, making it simple to go between areas.

There’s plenty of storage and counter space in the kitchen, as well as all necessary appliances. The dining area has enough area for a big table, making it perfect for hosting dinner parties or holiday dinners.

Living Room

The living room of the “Granite Bay” is incredibly spacious, measuring 21ft 5in by 13ft 2in. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the 10 foot tray ceilings make the space feel even more open and airy.

There is plenty of room for several furniture pieces, making this the perfect space for entertaining or simply relaxing with the family.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a cook’s dream, with plenty of counter space, a large pantry, and beautiful cabinetry. In the middle of the kitchen was a cute 1/3 circle island with plenty of seating on the living room side and several cabinets on the opposite side nearest the kitchen.

Along the back wall is the sink sitting just below a beautiful window looking our to the back of the home. On the other side of the kitchen near the living room is the stove with an oven and a microwave above it.

Dining Room

The dining room space is right off of the kitchen and has two cute french doors along the back wall. This space could easily accommodate a large dining table, making it perfect for hosting dinner parties or holiday meals.

There is also plenty of space behind the dining room table for a buffet or china cabinet to display your finer dinnerware.

Morning Room

The morning room is a cozy space located just off of the kitchen and dining room. This would be the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or tea while reading the paper or catching up on some work.

The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making this a bright and cheerful space to start your day. To the left is a door that could lead out on to a back porch or patio for additional outdoor living space. The ceilings in here are vaulted also which make the room feel even larger!

Laundry Room and Garage

The laundry room is located just down the hallway past the dining room and has a door leading out to the garage. This space is large enough for a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as plenty of extra storage space.

The laundry room has a nice deep wash basin and a cool drying rack that hangs above it. I can’t tell you how much that tickled me…I loved it. There is also a nice built-in and a small bench to kick your shoes off and hang your coat.

The garage is a two car garage with plenty of space for your vehicles or additional storage.

Secondary Bedrooms and Bathroom

The first full bathroom sits just across from the laundry room. It has plenty of space and features a beautiful single vanity, toilet and shower and tub combo. Opposite the vanity is also a nice large linen closet.

The two secondary bedrooms sit at the end of the hall, with one bedroom sitting on the back side of the home and one sitting on the front. They each feature large windows and step-in closets with bifold doors. They are also great sizes, both measuring in at 12 feet 10 inches by 10 feet 9 inches.

Master Bedroom

The “Granite Bay” master bedroom is incredibly spacious, measuring 15 feet by 13 feet 2 inches. This room sits on the opposite end of the home from the secondary bedrooms and has plenty of space for a king-sized bed, as well as other furniture pieces like a dresser or a sitting area.

The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and closet space is not an issue in this room with two walk-in closets!

Master Bathroom

Just off the master bedroom you will find the beautiful en-suite! It has a massive double vanity with plenty of counter space and nice, towering built-ins. It also has plenty of natural light shining in from a large transom window just above the vanity and even more from three cute pendant lights.

The showstopper in here though, is a luxurious tiled shower with impeccable stone work. Dream Shower!
