The Coolest Triple Wide Mobile Home Yet!

North Carolina is known for having some of the best modular and manufactured homes in the country. The “Oakmont” or “Concord” by R-Anell homes is definitely no exception. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom triple wide modular home is one of the cutest homes I’ve seen.

Triple Wide Mobile Home Exterior

The exterior of this triple-wide is quite different from most of the other homes that we have toured so far. It is a triple-wide modular home and the neat thing about it is that from the exterior of the home, it’s clear that it is a three-section home.

Each section is a different size and is put together is a stair-stepper formation. I also really like that on the front of the home is a mix of traditional vinyl siding and board and batten siding.

Coming into the home you are greeted with a cute foyer area before heading into the living room. There is a cutout area just behind the front door that is perfect for a little side table or shoe rack. Just after that area, there is a closet that can hang coats or house cleaning supplies.

Living Room

Through the foyer, there is a wonderful open floor plan common area that is home to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room is located at the front of the home and is a really nice size. It also has a huge window at the front that provides tons of natural light to all three rooms in the common area.

As you are walking through, to the right is a built-in bookshelf with a cutout mantle above that can house a large television. Another neat thing is the stone accent walls on either side of the shelves. On either side of this area are hallways, one that leads to the two guest bedrooms and one that leads to the master bedroom.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The next stop on the tour is the kitchen. The island is the first thing we come to in the kitchen. The design on this island is really nice. It starts narrow and then curves around and becomes wider so that there is plenty of room for people to sit and eat while someone else is prepping lunch or dinner on the other side.

There is room for about two barstools on the island. On the other side is a beautiful farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and lots of cabinets. There are also outlets on either end of the island.

The main part of this kitchen is equally as beautiful as the island. I love that the kitchen has two different colors for the cabinets and drawers. On this island, the cabinets were gray and on the main part of the kitchen, the cabinets and drawers are white.

This is an option so if it is something you are not a fan of then you can always just choose one color.  I also love the black and white in this kitchen. The hardware is all black along with the appliances and even the sink is black to match.

The dining room is located next to the kitchen. There is plenty of room for a large family table. You could also fit a hutch or buffet table along the wall beside the table. At the back of the room is the sliding door with access to the backyard or patio.

Mud Room

The utility room/mud room is located down the hallway just off the dining room. This area is divided into two sections. The first is is the mud room/drop zone. There is a little counter and cabinet space along the wall with a built-in hall tree for hanging all of the family’s coats and storing shoes and umbrellas. Around the corner from that is the utility room.

One side of the utility room is lined with cabinets and drawers and a large utility sink. Then at the back of the room is the washer and dryer hookup and coming around the room, opposite the sink is a door leading to the outside with access to the side of the home.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathroom

Heading back across the home, we are to head down the first hallway leading to the two guest bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom that we come to is on the right-hand side at the front of the home. This room is a really nice size! It is bright and airy and I love the giant closet in the corner of the room.

Across the hall from the first bedroom is the guest bathroom. There is a single vanity to the left as soon as you come into the bathroom. The cabinets on the vanity are a really pretty gray color and have matching black hardware to the kitchen and utility room.

At the back of the bathroom is a shower/tub combo with matching black hardware. Next to the bathroom is a linen closet equipped with several shelves for towels and linens.

The final stop down this hallway is the third bedroom. This one is a little smaller than the one we just went through but it still a really nice size and is just as bright and airy.

Another good thing about this room is that it also has a giant closet that is lined with shelves and hanger bars. I do love the details on all the windows that both rooms have. they all have a square design around the frame and have window sills.

The Master Suite

The master bedroom is located just off the kitchen. It definitely has enough room for a king-size bed as well as a full bedroom set of dressers and possibly even a small sitting area. The closet is quite large and is lined with shelving and hanging bars. There is also attic access from inside the closet at the ceiling.

At the back of the bedroom is the master bathroom. Coming in, you are greeted with a beautiful double vanity. I really like that it has it’s own area separate from the toilet and shower. Each sink on the vanity has its own mirror and set of cabinets and drawers. There is a shared cabinet set in the middle as well with a window above.

Next to the vanity area is a walk-in shower with a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling tile surround.

It has a rainfall shower head above as well as a removable one on the wall. Next to the shower is the water closet housing the toilet.
